Hello! I recently purchased my second Dark Core Pro after the previous one was accidentally broken after a fall. The mouse is not quite dialed in to the responsiveness as I'd like, so I've been making fine adjustments. However, when I attempt to run the Surface Calibration in iCUE, the process always spontaneously terminates approximately half way through, and the connection between the mouse and computer is somehow terminated. The mouse goes dark, then illuminates the same lights as whenever it wakes up from sleep mode or system restart, and reverts to the lowest DPI setting. All software is updated, and cleanly reinstalled, and the mouse is brand new just like the connection cable it came with. I've found one post of somebody facing the same issue, but nothing beyond that as far as a fix or even a diagnosis. This is very frustrating as the mouse is brand new and I can't get it finely dialed in like the previous one. Is there a remedy for this?
