  1. Not sure if this is your issue or not but thought I would post my story... I had the exact same issue - all other fans work, the pump works, but the AIO fans do not light or spin. For me, the problem was with the unclear instructions. There are three sockets on the main part of the AIO radiator: A USB connection - that goes to the motherboard; An iCue Link connection - that goes to one side of the Hub; Another iCue Link connection - that goes to where...? The anwser is - it needs to go to the AIO radiator fans using the short right-angled link connector. In other words, you have to connect the AIO radiator to "itself" - to the fans connector on the end of the fans. Perhaps I'm a bit thick but that wasn't immediately obvious from the instructions. I guess it's because really although you are buying a single AIO package, what it really is, is a pump and radiator, supplied as a package with three ordinary QX120 fans screwed to it.
