  1. Nowhere in my correspondence with Corsair is the term "ticket" used. Are you referring to "ID"? If yes, try looking at the attached pic for the ID numbers associated with my correspondence with Corsair. I haven't responded back to the ID number because I do not have the time to debug your software for you. When I do, I will submit the data that was suggested that I collect.
  2. I think it's "2006483952". Can't you look it up under the person who posted it? I've already spent thousands of dollars of my time trying to figure out WTF was going on with my computer doing OS recoveries to later discover it was the iCUE software.
  3. Yeah, it's definitely the iCUE software causing my PC to lock up. I went a day with no issues and then reinstalled the next day and the issue came back. Uninstalled again and the issue went away.
  4. Anyone notice that after installing iCUE software their Windows 10 Start button, search bar, and Edge stops working? Recently purchased a Dell 7780 laptop and we thought it was a bad Windows install but after the second install, everything was running fine up until I installed the iCUE software. Right after installing the iCUE software, symptoms returned. Uninstalled, and symptoms when away. I'm going to let it run for a couple of days and then reinstall. If the problems return, the mice are going in the trash! I've spent thousands of dollars in time trying to diagnose this issue and thought it was a bad Windows install. I'm using the mice on two new Dell 9720 laptops and experiencing similar issues. Not only do I have this problem, but I have to keep reconnecting Bluetooth when coming out of Sleep Mode.
