All the installation and configuration processes on ICU LS100 smart lightning strip was ok but when I run Icue V5 software on Win11 I have (different from any tutorial seen so far) 2 lightning channel by default and can't remove one of the two. The first channel if selected does not work at all, no light on. this is the only channel that allow to set up the "video mode". The second channel is working but does not allow the "video mode". I just want to understand how to fix it: why doeas my software force me to have 2 lightning channels? why only one of these two works? why the only one that works (the second) does not allow me to activate the "video mode"
