UPDATE: After opening a ticket, corsair was quick to solve and replace the chair. THANKS: u/CorsairMars 😄 PS: I got a TC200. It just arrived and it is good but different. Not much to say about it yet. -
I've got this chair for over two years, and after a series of problems, I got one that seems unfixable. The welding that supports the back tilt mechanism is broken. I can't find a replacement or support for that. Does any one can help me? edit: fix title
