  1. I started having this issue this morning. I have a commander core xt. Not recognized, no control, all fans at max rpm. Downloading the new version recognizes them and sets them to silent, but I cannot open the program, repairing has no affect, and it does not appear in task manager once so ever like 4.33 did. I have tried repairing, uninstall-install, run as admin, set to only run as admin, set to open on power on, set not to open on power on. The new version is worse than the old. Sorry I couldn't help.
  2. Having the same issue since the 4.33 update as you. I found going back to 3.38.88 resolves the problem. It seems corsair doesn't really care for performance or if you can even use the product the intended way as long as you buy it/give them money they're happy. I tried to place the 3.38 file here for you since corsair removed it from the site but it was blocked. Best of luck.
  3. I just uninstalled iCue, installed the previous version. Works great.
  4. Windows Error Reporting: +++ WER0 +++: Fault bucket 1333044019852612297, type 5 Event Name: BEX64 Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: iCUE.exe P2: 4.33.138.0 P3: 63caad7c P4: nvcuda64.dll P5: 31.0.15.3118 P6: 63f92c60 P7: 000000000053c834 P8: c0000409 P9: 0000000000000005 P10: I have no idea what this means but it repeated 10 times in dxdiag. I see no response and iCue so I'm assuming that's the error I'm looking for as it was also the only error.
  5. These are pictures with all open windows shown and task manager
  6. No. The program never opens. It never hits the task bar, doesn't go into hidden icons, nothing. It runs in task manager only.
  7. I've had iCue software for 72 hours now, and in those 72 hours I have done every trick stated on this forum and others to get iCue to open it simply just will not. I have soft and hard reset the pc, uninstalled and re-installed, cleared cached files, repaired, ran as admin, allowed pass through firewall, shut off firewall, and set properties to run as admin. When I try to open iCue it becomes visible in task manager but the window never opens. Ending the task does nothing. There is no icon in my in my hidden tray for iCue unlike all other programs. Does anybody have a solution I have yet to find?
  8. I just installed iCue for the first time today. Have not been able to open the program still after about 8 hours. I've tried uninstalling, clearing cached files, repairing, restarting the pc numerous times all to no avail. Have you found anything that works? Or is it still "a game of luck" to get it to start?
