  1. Point of interest: Windows detects the firmware is bad and is doing bad things.
  2. First things: System specs: ICUE: 4.33.138 K100 Firmware: 1.11.39 With the specs out of the way, lets talk about the K100 behaviors. There are a few that I've witnessed to date. The most common behaviors are those while in use: K100 Lighting freeze K100 non-responsive K100 firmware can not be updated. icue silently crashing. While not in use: ALL of the above Keyboard seemingly stuck on a key. Lighting and response are easy enough: unplug and replug the keyboard. Often when the keyboard stops responding, it can not be found in iCue Firmware can't be updated: Seems to be a common gripe ICUE silently crashing is a different mess. I cue is easy enough to restart What gets my attention is why the keyboard feels the need to enter strings of the letter p while away. Are there any logs anywhere that can be provided? This problem requires a solution. And I'm very nearly to the point of returning the keyboard for a refund and going with a competitor.
  3. at this point, skip the k100. It looks pretty. But having to get down and replug it every time it locks up is not worth it.
