I bought my mouse a month ago, but it has a problem, from time to time, the custom settings on it stop working for me, these are the settings through the software, since the hardware ones do not allow you to configure all the buttons, only a part of them, still with the cable connected, re-install iCUE, force firmware update on the mouse and receiver, but the problem still occurs. I already disabled the power saving options, but when I am in the middle of a game, it stops taking my settings and the buttons do nothing, I have to turn the mouse switch on and off again and wait for the device to recognize me again so I can use the custom DPI buttons again, it happens too often it's annoying and honestly makes me regret having changed my logitech for this, is there a solution because everything seems to be a software or timing issue, I bought the mouse totaly new.
