Hi all,
I had my dongle/mouse replaced already and this is now a second time that the dongle died on me.
From what I can tell there are a lot of people who have been impacted by this.
Replacing the dongle obviously didn't solve the underlying issue which is most likely on a hardware level considering my replacement happened a year after the purchase.
I hate to say it but at this point I think Corsair needs to do something, and by "something" I mean actually address the issue instead of sending cheap dongle replacements which will die again until we are out of warranty.
