  1. I've been a gamer for a long time now. Like most hobbies, I was hooked into a particular "brand" of gaming hardware. Corsair caught my attention because I was big into MMOs. Currently rocking that Scimitar RGB Elite Mouse. Its an awesome mouse for MMO's and because I'm a bigger dude, the fact that I can adjust the side buttons forward more is amazing and its bigger size makes it perfect for me. The hardware is durable and the headsets are awesome for those with bigger dome pieces as well. Awesome sound quality, long lasting battery life on the head sets. I use the virtuoso XT. I'm making this post because I'm beyond frustrated with the SOFTWARE! Every day is a new issue with ICUE. I start my computer up and its a new game of why isn't one or more of my 4 corsair products being found by ICUE? I've tried reinstalling multiple times, I update it anytime it has an update. Randomly when I'm in a zoom call for work my headphones will all of the sudden lose connection from ICUE then I have to play unplug/replug the dongle in. Try and turn them on and off restart my computer just to get them to work again and on ICUE. Its a ton of fun when I'm playing a game and in the middle of a boss fight, My keybinds on my mouse stop working completely because ICUE stops detecting my device which is mapped through ICUE. This morning, My keyboard is nowhere to be seen on ICUE. I can't even type in my password to sign on to my computer when this happens. Sadly its been over a year of dealing with this and I'm going to be moving on from corsair products because I don't see a change happening to the software. Corsair hardware is sick but the software has been nothing but a pain to deal with.
