Tried to submit a support ticket but no response yet. Bought this computer about 6 months ago - in the last two months it has been regularly shutting down. Sometimes during gameplay, sometimes outside of gameplay. It might be 5 minutes after booting up, or four hours. I checked the diagnostics and it's not overheating. Per the forum here, I followed instructions on updating the BIOS. Halfway through installation of the update, it shut down again. Now it won't turn on at all. Please help!
