Now I have no idea what's going on as not even a clean install worked. Also I checked if I had any of those 3rd party controllers and nope, none of those.

Once again same issue.

The issue only happens when the icue app is running, the fans slow down when it's completely closed and when my PC is first booting, i will try to repair the app and then contact corsair for help if it doesn't work, thanks for the help.

Just recently bought 6 ql120 fans and a commander core xt, rgb control is working perfectly fine but I'm unable to change rpm. I've tried fan curves, rpm%, reinstalling and legacy drivers to no avail. Attached is my current rpm on "quiet speed". Help would be greatly appreciated.
