  1. I have a so far unexplained issue with my headset. Occasionally, without much reason, it will seemingly degrade signal quality in wireless mode. It goes for both going and receiving. It will not recover until I restart the headset. Another issue is that it seems ICUE's light management refuses to recognize the Virtuoso as a valid corsair headset for the audio visualizer setting for other devices such as keyboards. I would enjoy to have this resolved because it was the primary reason I went for a corsair headset (and ordered online from your storefront) rather than looking for a considerably much cheaper and more adaptable bluetooth variety.
