  1. Hello, A few weeks ago, I recently upgraded my old 64GB Vengeance LPX to 128GB Vengeance RGB Pro SL. Since then I have had constant random crashes with blue screens normally giving me a error message of "memory_management" or "watchdog violation" (cannot remember which specific violation). I also noticed that the memory speed in Windows 10 only reports as 2133mhz when the RAM should be running at 3200mhz. I ended up fixing this in the BIOS but this did nothing to help the random crashes. I believe one of the modules may be faulty. To try to fix this, I have upgraded to the most recent version of Windows 10. No luck. Same thing with flashing my BIOS to the newest release as well as resetting it to the default settings. I have attempted to run MEMTEST but I get hundreds of errors almost immediately upon performing the test (image attached). Further, when using the RGB feature, one of the sticks seems to ALWAYS be out of sync with the others. I would attach a video of this, but video files are not allowed apparently so am attaching a sill from the video. I would like to know if there is anything obvious I am missing in terms of troubleshooting and if not, what I can do to get the memory fixed or replaced. Do I contact the place I bought it from (scan.co.uk) or am I in the right place here? Thank you, Douglas
