Hi, I just bought this headset not even an hour ago. I was super excited when I opened the box and saw how high quality the design, material, and feel of the headset was so I tested it out immediately. But I'm super disappointed to find that the audio is super quiet, and the microphones input level makes me sound like I'm whispering. I set all my Discord, Windows, and Hardware settings to 100%, I tried using Neuromancer49's advice and that didn't fix the issue either. Can an employee please help me one on one with this issue, as I will have to return this headset if the issue cannot be resolved. It feels and looks nice but if neither the input nor output works then it is just a fancy hat, not a gaming headset. And I definitely didn't buy this to be a dud hat. :/
