  1. Faulty DRAM was replaced by Corsair and iCUE recognised it immediately. Yay! 😁 Thank you Corsair.
  2. Me too. Replacement DRAM recognised straight away by iCUE and finally I could get rid of the default rainbow 🌈 😂
  3. That's good news. I wish Corsair would stop repeatedly asking me to either run the Corsair Report Utility (done that twice), export the iCUE logs (done that twice), update my MoBo firmware/BIOS (risky updating to what I think might have been a bleeding-edge beta BIOS but I did it nonetheless) and yup, DRAM still not recognised. I've done everything Corsair wanted me to but I still have the rainbow DRAM. I'd just like them to acknowledge my DRAM probably has the same manufacturing fault as the listed batches (it was manufactured during the same weeks as the faulty DRAM) and just replace it.
  4. I still have the rainbow DDR5 RAM I cannot change (or even see) in iCUE v 4.29.203. It's not in the list of affected DRAM batches but it was manufactured in the same year/week as the known affected DRAM so my money is on it being another faulty batch. CMH32GX5M2B5600C36W numbers 223512052660671 and 223512052660672. I have a Gigabyte Z690 AORUS MASTER motherboard which does not have Thunderbolt as standard so there's no Thunderbolt driver installed in Windows 11 to disable. My ongoing case is ticket number 2005619404.
  5. Same as Neo77. I am also running iCUE 4.29.203 (see attached). I can see the DRAM SPD information (see attached) in the Dashboard and other but I cannot manage the RGB on my DRAM. My ticket number is 2005619404. Also worth noting that the iCUE home screen which only shows my H150i AIO looks a bit odd. If I click and drag beneath the large blocky pump image it sort of half scrolls out of the iCUE window. I can click/drag it back again. Probably not related but it looks odd nonetheless.
  6. I see Corsair have identified batch numbers of DDR5 DRAM with a known fault causing them not to be identified by iCUE. I filled-in the replacement parts form linked to in the Corsair release about the issue and noted that although my DRAM didn't match the known batches, it was manufactured in the same YEAR/WEEK as the problem DRAM and exhibits exactly the same issue so I suspect it too is defect and should be replaced and added to the list of problem batches. I've received no reply to that request. I still have rainbow RAM I cannot change the LEDs on and I am still awaiting a resolution.
  7. No, I completed the Replacement DDR5 form on Corsair's website and added a note saying my DRAM didn't match their known problem batches but pointed out the manufacturing year/week was that same and I had exactly the same issues with my DRAM and I'm yet to receive a response ☚ī¸
  8. You have the same leading batch numbers as my DDR5 which also has the problem. I think this YYWW 223512xxxxx batch has the same issue Corsair has identified in other manufacturing batches and should be replaced.
  9. I have submitted a claim as, although my 2 x CMH32GX5M2B5600C36W DRAM don't have one of the batch numbers in your table, they exhibit the issue and their SN starts 223512 which I assume is YYWW?? and week 35 29/Aug to 04/Sep is within the date range you have identified had the manufacturing issue. Incidentally what comes after YYWW?? in the SN where I have 12?
  10. Yes, me too. I was really hoping it was going to be the solution ☚ī¸ but nope, DDR5 Vengeance RGB DRAM not detected although (as it did in the old version) the Dashboard displays the RAM's timing stats.
  11. Hi, Any progress on this yet? Still got rainbow RAM I can't adjust to match the rest of my Corsair RGB kit 🤷‍♂ī¸
  12. I have tried (and then uninstalled so it isn't a clash) Gigabyte's RGB Fusion 2.0 and OpenRGB and neither see the RAM although the RAM performs in every other respect except being able to control the RGB.
  13. I have 2x16GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 5600 RAM in a Corsair 4000X iCUE RGB case and a Corsair H150i AIO Cooler on a GIGABYTE Z690 AORUS MASTER The cooler and case fans appear and can be controlled in iCUE but the Corsair Vengeance RAM just isn't recognised and doesn't appear. So I currently have a system with multiple LED Profiles for movies, gaming, working but my Corsair RAM just burns its rainbow wave pattern into my retinas regardless of what the rest of the lighting is trying to do. Note: There does not appear to be an SPD WRITE setting on the latest BIOS (F8) I am running although I'm not sure whether the motherboard locks SPD WRITE anyway so it may just not be necessary nor the cause of the issue here.
