ended up buying the standoffs, but this will be the last time I ever buy from Corsair. Corsair should stand by its product, and offer the standoffs to people who didnt them. If you got them awesome, if you dont, just buy them policy is atrocious and does not create customer loyalty.

"just grab the retro kit" Sadly money isnt just available for me to do those things, I just spent $181 on the CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler - Black, because reviews said it came with the bracket. I just built an entire new pc, 13700K, 32GB ddr5 ram, corsair 850w psu 1tbm.2nve and a rtx 3080 12gb ftw ultra with a nice P500a case. and a Z690 Aroua Elite AX mother board and an ultrawide monitor. What's another $15 bucks right? Well I had ot sell off my old monitor, old cpu and my vr headset to completely redo my build and I will be enjoying Ramon noodles this month, as I blew my budget and then some, so I quite literally cant afford that bracket, which is included with purchase for some people untl next year. Or I have to return this one and get one that comes with it.

Hello I just I purchased the CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX CPU Cooler - Black, but it did not come with a bracket for lga1700 cpu cooler but no bracket was included. I am trying to send a support ticket but under spare parts/cooling only option is A500 Air Cooling. I cant get any option to request the lga bracket, and I see the bracket is being sold for an additional $15. Am I really supposed to spend $15 more on top of the $181 it cost me for the cooler, to make it work? Others include it, I would have thought this does. Reviews on Bestbuy.com show earlier models didnt, but current ones do. And I cant get the support page to show my hardware under hardware request. If Support can tell me how to resolve this please? So Do I need to spend $20 for lga bracket or will the CORSAIR iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT include it? I ordered the cooler but I need to know please!!

bump. Anybody? I am trying to buy a cpu cooler for my 12700k, but being held up because they are all not lga 1700 included from what I saw and I dont know what kits are needed. Really would like some help

For nearly $200 I would hope its included but reviews on amazon say otherwise. I just bought a 12700k and need a aio. Need to confirm if this is lga 1700 ready or if I need to buy accessories thanks
