Hi guys,
I buy a k70 and sadly they have a problem with the leds, I contacted support corsair and they said me things for repair but this dosnt helped after this the support person asked for a photo of the invoice, and that they'll gladly replace the keyboard,
So I sent the invoice the next day, and since then I received no replies. I did follow-up twice, and once again today with no reply. A week passed since the support staff's first acknowledgement email, then nothing.
I also created this ticket 1 month ago.
Support request number is 2005552218, if anyone can please help me get my RMA processed?
