I have no other rgb programs running. Here's a screenshot of my lighting effects page:

I do not have an active scene

When I set my ram's rgb inside hardware lighting, it works perfectly fine, however, if I close iCUE it changes back to a solid colour, and if I try setting it inside lighting effects, it just stays a solid colour. it's stuck at a purple colour.
