I recently got a new HS60 Haptic headset and a couple days after I got them. I was in a discord call when all of a sudden all sound cut from the left. I tried unplugging them and plugged them back in. But now the left side is super quiet compared to the right. I've tried balancing them through the control panel settings. I even went to the iCUE launcher to see if there was an update, nothing. Everything is on default settings in iCUE. So I am not sure what else to do. Should I just ask for a replacement or is there a fix for this?
