update: it works sometimes, but rarely.

Hi, My Ironclaw RGB right click suddenly stopped working. I tried updating the drivers and iCUE, and even tried using it on a different device, but the right click still doesn't work. I tried force updating the firmware through iCUE, but this didn't work either. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
