I had problems with system crashes and thought that a total reset could fix the problem (option: all data on drive c wiped but not secure wipe, drive d untouched). It crashed during install phase (around 60 to 70%) Now I only have the admin which is blocked. I tried the systems recovery but both options are blocked because there is no recovery point. I tried the recovery console “systemreset –factoryreset” but it does not recognize systemreset
