USB dongle unresponsive. Headset working as normal when cabled via USB and via AUX to my XboxOne X. ICUE recognized the dongle when unplugging and replugging but instantly states it is unresponsive. I have tried multiple known working USB ports along with updating firmware. The USB adapter just displays version v.? Unsure how to raise a support ticket. Any help/suggestions would be highly appreciated.
