Hola, me pasaba que mi pc reconocía mi micrófono y se podía seleccionar, pero ninguna aplicación me escuchaba La solución fue super graciosa por mi parte, me fije que el plug 3.5 no estaba bien insertado en el adaptador de entrada USB con el que viene mis audífonos. Adentre mas el plug y Discord ya reproducía mi voz hahaha Insisto en que fue estúpido mi caso, pero a mas de alguno puede sucederle lo mismo. Fíjense bien si es su caso y la solución es mucho mas simple de lo que imaginábamos
