I'm an old guy.(50) Recently purchased the K100 and the M65 mouse. Wow what a difference in game play on COD. I was using the K55 and a G502 before. Good stuff.

the mouse works just not connected thru ICUE - Bestbuy said the exchange would need to be done thru Corsair. go figure! 🙂

just noticed an error in DM under USB controllers "unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)

mouse works just not detected in ICUE.

It's wired and connected directly to PC. I've tried multiple USB ports on the MB

recently purchased K100 keyboard and M65 RGB ULTRA mouse. ICU shows all my other corsair products but will not detect the mouse.
