    Using icue 4 on windows 11, I tried reinstalling icue, shutdown and restarting and unplugging usb cable, nothing works.

    Does corsair give active support on this forum? or do you have to make a ticket or something?

    Hi all of a sudden my h150i pro is no longer detected by icue, in device manager there is an unknown usb device ( device descriptor request failed) which I assume is the h150i pro. How do I fix this?
