Hello, I purchased a k57 wireless bundle with the harpoon mouse when I built my computer. At first I was able to update things just fine but then I started to have an issue where I could not upgrade the firmware for my keyboard. Recently I had to hard reset my computer and I thought would fix the problem. I have had this issue for a few months now and I will loose control of my keyboard. I am trying update to 5.0.188.
