Well, submitted a support ticket because the keyboard went away after 30 minutes and will no longer show in iCue. Also the keyboard freezes ever few minutes. Hopefully support can replace it

Typo - that should have read my Corsair K100 will not show up in iCUE plugged into my pc directly. Only way is thru the MM800

Several previous versions.. actually non worked Funny enough, I decided on a whim to plug the keyboard in the spare port on my Corsair MM800 RGB Pad, and the k100 worked, lights linked and could be seen in iCUE... WHAT THE HELL? The MM800 will not work plugged into my Asus Strix Z590 e-gaming mother board??

After 2 days of trying to fix this issue - keyboard works in windows and is recognized by iCUE as far as module, however isnt found or seen any other way. I've reinstalled iCUE, removed Asus apps, removed all hardware and installed, uninstalled till blue in the face. I've reset the keyboard, by ESC multiple times..nada So mad this $200 KB is worthless now because I dont want the default flashing RGBs Asus Strix Z590 E-Gaming MB Asus RTX 3090 Corsair Claw mouse Corsair mouse pad RGB 8 Corsair QL RGB fans Corsair Pro Controller 2 - Corsair base fan controllers Now iCUE ver 5 just keeps crashing. I dont know what else to do and about to rip it all out - if I cant get it resolved

I've tried everything and think its product / software issue Uninstalled all USB drivers, Devices associated Asus Aura Razer Yesterday all the keyboard did was disconnect from USB flash, go dark, not work then come back with default settings and RGB. Really shame I love the keyboard and really hate to return it this weekend but planning on it if I cant resolve the issue. I've had dozens of keyboards and 4 on this system non have this K100 issue

Just bought the K100 keyboard, love it and hate it ! Love the feature rich mechanical keys, RGB, and function Hate that the keyboard keeps dropping out of Icue I've tried everything and open to suggestions Tried unplug, plug in USB 2.0, 3.0, 3.2 Tried uninstall windows keyboard driver Reinstall Icue Only fix is unplug/plug and it shows up again. disappears after while or on reboot. At a total loss Asus ROG Strix Z590 E-gaming Windows 10 I Cue v4.17.7.244
