Gigabyte Aorus

Hi, I've been trying to get my RTX 3060TI to appear on iCue for a while now. I know this can be done as I've seen a few people use it. It's being picked up on the dashboard but just not under "devices" to control the RGB. I've tried searching the forum but couldn't find anything that helped. I tried updating to the new version. However, this never solved the issue and also my RAM RGB stopped working so I am now using 3.38.61. Any ideas? Thanks!
