Also, I had to send these in for a replacement because the volume wheel broke four months after purchasing them. Now you tell me they won't work with what I'm using them for. If I knew they were incompatible when I had to pay to send them for a replacement I would have told them to give me ones that work with an XBOX. The person that took me through the replacement process knew they were for XBOX and didn't say anything about changing headphones or that these weren't compatible with XBOX. Overall, if anyone reads these forums, I seriously suggest you find a better headset and don't waste your time on Corsair at all. In this particular instance, paying more is giving you trash then looking for something cheaper.

Great so I bought a piece of sh*t and you want me to buy another peice of sh*t to replace it. Guess I'm done with Corsair. I'll add there is no where on your website or any other reviews that say this headset should not be purchased for a console. You might want to add that so you don't f*ck other people over into buying Corsair products.

Hi, I have a Corsair HS60 Pro Surround Headset. The microphone picks up every sound no matter how miniscule. I have tried distancing it from my face and adjusting the sound settings. I am using them on an Xbox One X. No matter how low i make the sound, it will pick up game sounds and people talking from the party, creating a bad echo. I have tried lowering the volume of voice and game sounds to where they are barely audible and the microphone still picks up the sound from the headphone cups. How can I fix this?
