I built a new computer yesterday. Worked great. Turned off and went to bed. Got up this morning and computer won't boot. The fans run and the RGB ram lights up, but no video. My question is, does the cpu have to be running for the RGB ran to light up? This will have me trouble shoot my computer. Thanks Jd
