  1. so after so long of the receiver plugged into the stand with no issues, the sound problem come back, now got the receiver back into the laptop directly and now lets see what happens is the problem comes back
  2. now looking into this, could be the Corsair ST100 RGB headset stand, receiver plugged into the laptop direct, Amazon going to check with me on Monday to see what it is like, i will be well annoyed if it is the headset, as Corsair advertise the wireless receiver plugged into the headset stand
  3. Hi I have headphones less than a week (Purchased from Amazon UK) and today they started like an echo feed back of vibration in my ears, thinking it was just me I tried different sounds and then powered them off for a couple of hours, then came back to them. When play the windows 10 speaker sound, i.e. click on it on different volume levels to hear the tone, it is like vibration sound in the ear speakers. Logged a ticket with Corsair, reckon, i go back to Amazon and get them to replace them or get corsair to RMA back to them £248.99 pound headsets and less than a week already got a problem with them.
  4. fixed, i didnt have Corsair iCue 4, i was running a check update on 3.38.61 and was saying had the latest, something else i was looking at mentioned Corsair iCue 4 so installed it all working now
  5. I am unable to get iCue to see my Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT headset via the devices in the software, bought a dark core pro SE, plugged in USB straight away seen it can could configure the lighting, windows device manager sees the device with no issues, so does Bluetooth (i think via windows) but corsair iCue software doesn't for some reason the receiver did light up, when plugged in but now does not show any lighting, the only reason, i can think is that i have it plugged in via USB so can charge it and use it at the same time. So i unplugged the wireless receiver expecting corsiar iCue to see the headset via the cable, but nothing at all, any tips Thanks
