    the cooler did not come with all it CPU nut heads that you use to attach the cooler to the it only had 3 of them not the 4 so i cant attach the cooler properly

    Hi all My pc spec Case Lian LI Dynamic O 11 xl MSI B550 Unify, Lian li GALAHAD 360, 5900x 32gb CMW32GX4M4D3600C16 RTX 2080 Corsair HX850 Fully Modular 80PLUS Platinum Power Supply(3yrs old) commander pro with 10 120 QL fans, 2 nvme 2tb Planning to upgrade my gpu with a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080Ti 12GB AORUS XTREME I was wondering if I have enough power to run the gpu or do I need to change it?
