Have now done this and I'm pretty confident it's not the fittings; plus it's a consistent issue with both outlets, so I'm reasonably certain at this point it's a manufacturing defect. Thanks for the input, mate. Just needed someone to confirm for me that I wasn't just seeing things more than anything else, it's much appreciated.

Probably gonna seem like a bit of an odd one, so bear with me; Basically, the G1/4 threads on my 280mm XR5 radiator are aligned in such a way that fittings I screw into them do not form a 90° angle with the radiator. It's not the greatest picture, but hopefully my attached image gives a clearer indication of what I mean. I know this might not seem like a big deal, but I'm building in a small form factor case, so having to correct for this is actually a bit of a nuisance - my question is simply thus; is this normal? Do I have a dud rad, or are all XR5's exactly like this? Cheers
