    My corsair Virtuosos dongle has had a Firmware Failure and is showing V.? Can any mod send me the firmware which i find extremely bizare how its not een in the support section of the drivers, its like making a mobo and not giving out a bios flash I have contacted support by email over 2 weeks ago with still no reply.

    Im also having an issue, Wireless isnt working Dongle is flashing red constantly. Dongle Firmware V.? Headset firmware V.0.17.149 iCue Ver 4.12.214 Image 1 Image 2 i HAVE email support 10 days ago, no response. <-- dont blame covid. its been 10 days..
