    with multiple layers, the problem returns. I dont want to open more tickets, they already trying to send me a replacement mouse :D

    my mouse is within 20 cm from dongle btw, now im using the latest firmware, and have no issues, using only a single color layer on mouse. Strange.

    ive tried direct usb and on k95 platinum usb passtrough also. The same problem happens.

    i cant upload a screenshot atm, because im using an older firmware now (what ive got from support) which is working without problems. As we said earlier, the mouse can be used but the lights are freezing and cant change dpi, etc. I dont think that you really need a screenshot for that. and yes, if i turn off and on the mouse, the problem disappearing for a time. Maybe the sleep mode causing it?

    in icue 4 there is a red sign, but its not triangle. (propably the same disconnect message, so yes, there is). in wired mode its working.

    ive just installed the firmware what they provided me, then installed icue 3 to update it to a working one, and now in icue 4 i dont have any problems. Waiting for new firmware update now.

    its definitely a firmware problem. Corsair now wants me to replace my mouse under warranty. But if i replace my mouse, its gonna have the same problem after i update the firmware... fix with your updates, and dont replace our fully working mouses...

    same problem... its a software and not hardware fault.
