Hey!
I've had this issue for a year, never knew what was causing it, realised 8months ago it was ICUE causing it. It was specifically ICUE and nothing else.
When i wasnt aware what was causing it, i went through multiple steps, checking my memory with memtest 84, updating bios, checking window sound properties, switching hz sound qualitys, changing headsets etc.
I finally had enough and just wiped my pc. It solved the problem obviously as icue was then uninstalled. I recently installed it again to update my corsair watercooler and able to control rpm of the fans. I was hoping they may have fixed this issue and it seems they have not, even with the new updates they seem to have put out. Feel free to check my specs and see if we have anything in common, I really wanna sort this problem out otherwise im going to have to send the corsair cooler back after a year as i cant use it how its intended. It's ashame really. I'll be sending an email to support too and see if this is a known issue but not on priority to fix?
