  1. I tried that with the original headphones and, after a reboot failed to fix the problem, they just told me to return them. I came here hoping to get some real help from other users so I could keep the replacements because I really do like the sound, fit, style, ect. But I guess not.
  2. I have tried both. And all three ports on my PC. And with and without the dongle plugged in. And with the headset turned off and with the headset turned on. Since no one will tell me the optimum way to do it. Also since then with the LED lightening turned completely off and sitting seven feet from my PC: Charged to 96% (10:29pm, yes I changed them for two more hours and still only got a 3% more charge.) Started use at 96% (10:29pm) Stopped use at 43% (3:29am) For use of 5 hrs Started use at 48% (1:34pm) Stopped use at 35% (1:45pm, yes the 35 is what was showing) For use of 8 minutes Started use at 41% (2:36pm and yes the 41 is what was showing) Stopped use at 5% (10:09p) For use of 7 hours and 33 min For a total time use of 12 hours and 41 minutes. Am now plugging them in again to charge and will see what happens. Update: Started charge at 5% at 10:40pm Checked charge at 91% at 1:37am (approx. 3 hours later) Checked charge again at 91% at 8:58am (overnight) Checked charge again at 92% at 2:24pm (so approx. 16 hours in total)
  3. No idea. It was beeping in my ears so I hooked it up to the charger. Today, the headphones won't change past 96%. These are the exactly same issues I kept running into with the first pair I had. Is the system just really inexact? Or did I get two lemons in a row? ETA (28/03/2021): Today I started charging my headphones at 4:48pm when they hit 5%. This is how they charged: 67% at 6:48 pm 91% at 7:52 pm 93% at 8:28 pm So in 3 hours and 40 mins they still did not fully charge.
  4. Thank you for your reply. So the LED is just... faulty? Poorly programmed? Imprecise? I ask because this afternoon I had iCue running in my computer's background, my headset started to beep, I checked iCue and it said the battery was at 5% but the LED was green and blinking indicating battery was normal. So the problem isn't with my headphones but with the LED in general? 'Cause I can live with that. (And I really don't want to return another pair of headphones. Outside of this issue, I really like them.)
  5. If anyone can answer the following questions, it would be much appreciated so I can tell if the issues arising are due to icue, the headphones themselves or my inexperience with gaming headphones. 1) As long as I have not completely killed the battery, is the status LED indicator suppose to register the headphone's charge status at all times, regardless if the headphones are on or off, the dongle is plugged in or not, or they are plugged in thru the charging cord or not? Or any combination? 2) When the headphones are hooked up with the charging cord, are the headphones suppose to be charging, regardless if they are turned off or on? And the status LED indicator should indicate that so I know they are charging AND when to unplug them? 3) When the headphones have a 100% charge, is it correct that the charge should last for 16 hours? 4) When the headphone's charge is depleted to the point where the beeping starts (I believe it was at 5%), is it correct that recharging them to 100% should only take a couple of hours? 5) Once I set up the headphones to 'no effect' and 'movie theatre', will they stay at that regardless if I have the icue site open or not? 6) Oh, and what does a solid red LED indicator mean? There is nothing under the section in the instruction manual labelled 'Status LED Indications' that said 'solid red' but it appeared when I first plugged them in to charge. Thank you for your time.
