Done, looking forward for contact from company :) It would be nice if that issue can be fixed, got keyboard and mouse from Corsair and I do not want to change headphones. -

I bought this headset yesterday and the Mic Quality <or it volume> is very quiet. I have been using HyperX Cloud first edition and it was much better. Solutions posted here earlier does not help me at all. Is there any fix incoming or just return headset and buy another one?
