2x USB 3.0 nothing change ;/ All USB connectors are used, it might be a problem?

Kayboard nr: CH-9101014UK/RF Hello . I bought a used keyboard. The media buttons are not lit up, but they work. I can not change polling rate, now is 125hz and 8ms. after update firmware is 1000hz and 1ms, but kayboard disconnects USB every 5min for a split second and work normal. The keyboard is connected 2x USB2.
