EDIT: 7 days passed since delivery, and RMA status is still 'Awaiting Return'

Hi everyone, My RMA ticked was accepted and I sent my keyboard to the provided address. My parcel was delivered to the warehouse on 25/01 UTC. It is almost 4 days since successful delivery, but RMA status still shows me 'Awaiting Return'. I do understand that it could take time due to COVID, etc. but I would be very grateful if someone provided the status update. I want to know that you have received my parcel at least.
