I bought the corsair hs60 pro surround 7.1 headset and it didnt work. My laptop didn't detect annything if i use the USB adapter. iCUE software didnt detect the headset aswell. If i plug the 3.5 it works in stereo. Yes i tryed other USB and other PC I have an ASUS ROG Strix Scar III Already send a ticket to corsair support 2 days ago, still waiting for an answer. Hope you can help me before i request the refound.
