  1. Definitely on the help.Corsair site! Still get the same response, and no one has contacted me regarding the RMA as of yet
  2. I submitted a ticket on Friday and am yet to see any kind of acknowledgement of it via email and cannot track it online. I get the response "No orders found. Please recheck your order number and email address, then try again." I might be jumping the gun a little here but is this normal? My ticket number is: 2003937778 Thanks for any help. Absolutely desperate to get this sorted, it’s for my M65 Elite and it’s my only mouse!
