Corsair has had almost two years of complaints now to fix their issue and make things right with their customer base. Yet they have failed to act. It’s time the consumer holds them accountable.

Report them as you would any other company that provides a faulty service or product. The more reports the better.
Below is their corporate HQ address and phone number. Mailing a complaint to their CEO might work but it may also be better to call their corporate office. I would ask for their COO or equivalent. Also try recording the conversation if you can. It may be useful for legal action. Remember if you do, to ask everyone you speak with for permission to record the conversation.

Also, if you feel so inclined. Give your local legislators a call and find out what they can do about a company openly selling a faulty product. Maybe they can get it on the news.
Nothing is more important for a company than its reputation. Yet, like a cheap knock off. Corsair has chosen to take profits over product and steal from its customers under the guise of a reputable name. These sorts of actions should not be tolerated by the consumer base and we should protect new consumers from being swindled by this now undoubtedly dubious company.
