I got my friend a VOID Elite for christmas, but after a bit the mic stopped working and I can only get audio from the mic when its bent outwards. I remember I had this problem on my old VOID pro headset, and it was so bad I ended up buying a new one. This feels like a common issue, can anybody fill me in? Thanks in advance.
