  1. Again, it’s not only about the connectivity, but it’s about the headset freezing and waiting until the battery dies to use it again. Did you read the comments? Or are you a Corsair employee?
  2. It IS an dedicated Xbox headset. Did you actually read all the comments in this thread? Did Microsoft forgot to put a a reset button or combo on the headset?
  3. Turn to social media. Post on Facebook, Twitter, Insta. Tag Major Nelson, Phil Spencer, as many gaming websites you know. That will speed things up. The last thing they want is negative publicity. Now only we know. It’s time that the world knows about this company.
  4. I did, but Amazon Germany refused the review. I’m gonna try again soon.
  5. Last time when I called out to everyone to get their money back, they responded within an hour with a “damage control” answer that they are still working on it. Let’s face it guys, it’s not gonna happen. It’s not a software issue. An update is not gonna fix this. Get your money back ASAP and move on to another brand of headphones.
  6. The last comment of the “employee“ was January 8. I think we all have to return our headsets and get our money back. I already did, but I’m still following the thread. There are game headset brands out there who WILL take customers seriously. You don’t have to put up with this my fellow gamers. Corsair already has your money, take your money back. It’s the only way they will listen.
  7. This thread started on August 28th. Still no update, or even a date for an update. Sometimes a post of an employee, probably an intern, to “inform” us of nothing. I returned my headset and never gonna buy a Corsair product again. Succes to all the other people here in this thread.
  8. Same problem here. Bought the set on Amazon Germany. Is there any date for the fix yet? Otherwise Im forced to send the set back for a refund.
