  1. This is insanity how long it's taking to get an actual fix. I feel like we customers who have been dealing with these issues should get something in return for this great disservice and constant headaches.
  2. Albert, I appreciate the response but can you give us anything with substance? Why are these issues happening, what was the diagnosis of all these issues people are reporting and how will a firmware update fix them? Also, will the firmware update allow for a hard reset option like other mainstream headsets?
  3. I put in a support ticket about this a couple of weeks ago and I pretty much got the same info that they have told every in this thread which is nothing.... I'm starting to think it's an unfixable issue and they are just not telling us.
  4. Any updates on the fix? I get that it was the holidays for the last couple of weeks, but a lot of people are having this issue and we need to know what's going on...
  5. Yeah so mine finally died after 6 days..... Im so happy to finally use them again lol
  6. I'm going to wait for a fix since I like them but I have been waiting over 96 hours now for them to turn off so I can get them to reset. It's kind of crazy.

Yeah I'm having the same issue, I've been using mine for about 25 days, and yesterday I played for about 2 hours on my Xbox one X and went to turn them off and they just went silent and the white light is stuck on and won't do anything now. Before then they had no issues at all. Been reading this thread and others and it seems like this issue has been going on for months and Corsair is not any closer to a fix or an answer which is really disappointing. These are some expensive headsets. I've always supported Corsair and I have a lot of their products but now I'm second-guessing because they couldn't even include a hard reset option which most wireless headsets have!
