Hey guys, My chair is exactly the same. I bought it in may via currys.co.uk. I’ve put in a ticket in hopes to get this sorted, as I’m 6ft 4 it seems like I’m sat in a child’s seat. It is far too low for my desk and there is definitely something wrong with either the gas lift or base, it shouldn’t be scraping along the floor as I move.
