[h115i Platinum firmware update crashed pump]

A MASSIVE thanks to Corsair support.

 

I submittede a support ticket and they sent me an email containing a link to a youtube video telling you how to flash the H115i without ICUE software.

 

I now have a fully functional H115i Cooling system with RGB lights and fulll control in ICUE once again.

Why Corsair support have not put this on here I don't know - it would save them a lot of hassle in dealing with this issue!?!?

Me two.. since this is a common issue i cannot understand what we cannot just download the hex file in order to flash, but instead we have to go through the support first..

Can any1 provide the firmware (.hex) file for the H115i RGP Platinum ?

I had the same issue and now my cooler is not recognized in iCue software..
