Me two.. since this is a common issue i cannot understand what we cannot just download the hex file in order to flash, but instead we have to go through the support first..

Can any1 provide the firmware (.hex) file for the H115i RGP Platinum ? I had the same issue and now my cooler is not recognized in iCue software..
